Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well-being of children and adults, and financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Our desire is to make orthodontic treatment convenient and manageable for you.

The fees for treatment depend on the complexity of the orthodontic problem and the type of appliances used. We will establish a fee and discuss payment options before treatment begins. Payment options include:

  • Payment by check, cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
  • Office Payment Plan – interest-free extended quarterly payments after down payment.
  • Medical Savings Account – Flexible Spending Account – Orthodontic services qualify for using pretax dollars to pay expenses. Contact your employer or health care administrator for information.
  • Automatic credit/debit card processing.
  • A 5% bookkeeping courtesy will be applied if payment in full is made by cash or check at the start of treatment.
  • A family courtesy for all patients after the first family member’s treatment.

Lending Club Patient Solutions makes it easy to say YES to treatment with low monthly payments, no money down, and no payment for 3-7 weeks.

We understand that unique financial circumstances may arise which require a more creative approach to financing. Often, a simple phone call can help to answer any questions you may have.

Insurance

If your dental insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic maximum that is distinct from regular dental insurance.

We will be happy to work with you to understand your orthodontic insurance plan. Prior to starting treatment you should contact your dental insurance company or your health care administrator to determine eligibility and reimbursement. Our staff will assist you in completing all necessary forms so that you may receive the full benefits of your plan.
